Meet the founder and head coach

My name is Tom McCreadie and I am the head coach and founder and I’ve spent almost a decade studying and applying the most effective fitness, nutrition, and day-to-day performance strategies to help people like you get the best out of their lives—without wasting time on ineffective methods.
I have both a BSc, and MSc in Sport and Exercise Science and Applied Exercise Physiology from top universities in the UK and abroad and have since transferred into private healthcare in London. Inspired by experts in the field on all the topics we offer, effectively transferring the knowledge into actionable steps to aid in the most effective and up to date methods of improvement.
I always found there was too much misinformation in the world of self-improvement, and this made it difficult for me to know where to start initially. We specialise in effectively highlighting the vital points and decoding the key points from all the noise and misinformation online.
I felt that the methods, information and techniques I have learnt over the last decade and know are effective, must be shared to those who are also trying to better themselves but are unsure on where to begin.
